It's confusing at this point. Carlos never mentioned Jetcoat inside the manifolds. He said it's there to keep in the heat.Carlos said:

I interpreted this initially as him saying that the jetcoat inside of the piping keeps the heat from transferring to the outer part of the pipe where the welds are at. This would keep the "weak" welds from getting so hot that they were more prone to fail. I've figured out what the source of the problem really is. Carlos's english needs refinement. The way he words his sentences and relates the sentences leaves the reader with a few different interpretations of what he is really saying. His last sentence fails to make a valid argument and seeming has no relationship to Jetcoating at all. All it says is that the welds are on the outside of the pipe. Reading it once more I am inclined to interpret what he is saying as "Because the welds are on the outside of the pipe, they are safe from the heat." ?? Perhaps? Its hard to determine exactly what he means as is the case with many of his statements. Look at his grammar. An english teacher would have a field day with his language. I understand that people not native to the english language have problems like this. I'm not downplaying them as people because of that. I just wish he were more clear about how he stated these issues because interpreting them is rather interesting when you try and figure it out. :) : : You know what, fuck all that.
